Ray Cooper and Hitomi Kawagami live in a world where some people are born with abilities based on what sign they were born under. They attend Toranu Academy to major in Special Forces of the State, and thus strive to become members of the best SWAT and investigative unit in the city of Atlaska. One day, Number 7 comes to their class instead of a teacher, and their lives are turned upside down. Slowly, their quiet and happy days began to turn into a reality they couldn't even imagine.
