For Neil, life had always been a personal hell. After losing his job, his wife, and his self respect, there was no where else to go but down. He hadn't lost everything though. He still had his one saving grace, the one thing that kept him clinging to life, his daughter. So long as he had her, no misery on earth could come between them. So he thought. Neil would soon find that the pain he felt now paled in comparison to true suffering that await him. One day we all must atone for our sins.
