It’s been months since a failed bank heist occurred. Maximoff, a growing street thug trying to climb the ranks to kingpin as well as kill the one who drugged him - with a substance that turned him into a blood thirsty monster. Now, he wants to become kingpin of the city and kill the man who drugged him, by taking everything he owns , most of all he wants to take his life. One thing that stands in his way is - not knowing who is the person who infected him with this new vampire like drug. With his new gang, he sets out to find him and own the city.
