But to outlaws who've managed to scrape away from an encounter with him, "The Vandal" is a terrifying reality. Vincent Encoriora, AKA Agent Delta" is a bit of an oddball compared to his MI5 colleagues. Aviators, a leather jacket, jeans, and a motorcycle are hardly the components of a discrete spy under her majesty's service.
