A boy by the name of Kaden sets out to hang out with his sister, only to find a boy around his age sitting in the sidewalk, alone and drenched in rain water. He offers to let him stay with him for a while, giving him new clothes, etc. This new boy seems..rather odd, pale and scrawny. Oh well.
