Two individuals trek on a journey of hitman and bounty work to unfurl the mysteries of the odd and similar deaths of rich people in their city's sectors and to rid their city of scum. Their unsettling appearances are only the beginning of this confusing situation, but is incomparable to the presence living within the sectors of the many cities surrounding them.
