Diana survives an alien attack but is left with a strange defect in her eyes. She meets with Alan, a fellow survivor, and they bond over their shared trauma, growing close. During a mall hangout, another alien attack separates them. Near death, Diana is saved by an alien—but in the process, she is transformed into one. Now seen as a threat, she had to flee the city, leaving Alan in disbelief. Now Alan as ranger has a duty to hunt his own girlfriend down.
