There is a small city in Atlanta. In that city an election took place, and one man wanted the spot more than anyone. When he lost, the whole city went silent and slime monsters along with super-natural creatures wander the streets. The man had complete control like what he wanted in the first place. But then two regular kids set out to find out who's behind the strange disappearance of everyone in town and defeat him. But in their way there are the master mind's subordinates.
