After a surreal dream visit from what can only be described as a celestial oversized fish, Joey feels... different. She senses her friends aren't their normal selves and when a new face shows up in Sardine City, her suspicions only worsen. With new revelations after each dream visit, Joey will need the help of her family as well as her new friend Leo to solve the piling mysteries.
