The Quantum Zone revolves around the mischief and adventures of an old scientist with a clandestine past named, “Frank Stein”, and his family consisting of his son “Harry,” grandson "Dweezel", Harry's love interest Barbara and several assorted anthropomorphic characters created by professor emeritus, Stein, through his wacky (although brilliant, if he says so himself) experiments.
