The "Perfect Battles" (battles in which Perfect people fight each other) are a big thing where Kieyper Drive lives. Kieyper's life takes a twist when Puppet Officers and civilians become convinced that he himself is a Perfect. This misconception will cause some trouble for him-- especially when he gets involved with a peculiar Perfect named Moon Bunny, who is most definitely crazy. Who would have guess that the Perfect Battles would evolve into a Perfect War?
