In the future the world is divided into 2 main cities, the new and modern Surface City, elevated above the rest of the earth, and the poor and oppressed Undersurface City. there lives Darren, a boy whose goal is to reach the Surface City and destroy it. He somehow manages to break into the sewers of the city where he meets Wilbur, a boy, whose dream is to become an adventurer. Will the two of them be able to overcome their differences and help each other?
