Elite members of society have special abilities they get from their bloodlines. Most call them Power-Bloods, but Dorell, a somewhat regular guy, hates these powerful elites. However he finds himself in an awkward position when a super infamous power-blood, Angela, moves to his small town. With the people around him admiring her, Dorell quickly finds himself alienated by his peers until she reveals that she's more similar to him than he thinks.
