In the deathly silent hospital, a group of people who should have died came back to life, each donning a ticking watch on their wrist that showed the life countdown. To figure out the mystery, the male protagonist had no choice but to team up with these equally bewildered "survivors" and start an investigation in this gloomy hospital. During the process, they were frantically chased by various mutated plants. In order to survive, everyone had to rely on their wits and strive to stay alive.
