After surviving a rabies epidemic in Lakewood, Max Bloodwell moves to New Misterio, a city under the mysterious Mr. Moonlight, the man that watches over the moon. There, he meets William, a mysterious man who knows about Max's past. Yet, William dismisses Max's questions, saying he won’t answer til he gets better and not malnourished. Will Max uncover the truth? Will he find out what happened to the guy that saved him? Why William knows about him?
