Elias and Viktor have been best friends since they were nineteen. Then, over drinks, Viktor smiles and tells him the plan: when he inherits the country, he will end the world with nuclear war. Viktor has a hidden power strong enough to rival an army. So does Elias. Only Viktor knows. A friendship. A madman. The end of the world.
