Set 150 years after a 21st century world altercation in the dystopian, post war city called New Morita. The city holds a dark sheltered history from its residents, which has festered beneath the surface of the city and has finally been unearthed. One day a teen resident of the red zone which is a region of the city, Chiro Higashi has a life changing encounter, and now the secrets of the city and its history will unfold to the public in an epic manor.
