The story is about a girl named Layla who fights demons, ever since she was possessed by a jinn and got introduced to dark forces and what they involve. Her secret is that the demon still dwells inside her because religious attempts at exorcism proved unsuccessful. The demon within her, named Levi, convinced her to fake being free of possession and let him live within her in exchange for her superhuman strength and his help and insight into jinns and how they function and what it takes to fight them.
