After the death of her brother and horrific visions/hallucinations, Kira, a hotheaded 14-year-old, sets out to find a meaning in these occurrences. On that journey she ends up in a world very much unlike her own yet oh so familiar. What used to be a beautiful fantasy land has been corrupted by a mysterious celestial being. There she meets 2 other people, Gray, skittish young lad, and Rose, an intelligent strategic young lady. Together they figure out who they truly are.
