Sucks, but that's history for you. Fun Fact - There are no elders on the island because the uprising 12-years-ago destroyed them all. The locals you see here are what's left of the children who were in hiding that day, the oldest being 13. The village was crudely put back together, but you can't expect an empire from the ability of only newly orphaned children.
