That building is an inn and pub and has a different name given by all new travelers. The most popular of its names is, "Marsh Wall" It is not the safest of inns if one is looking for a place to sup and sleep but most characters that frequent Marsh Wall, dark and mysterious as they may be, tend to mind their own so long as you don't make known your business.
