A group of five individuals from two different realms - one inhabited by regular mortals, the other by humans with the ability to transform into massive beasts known as Animi - attempt to stop a war between their realms before the brewing tensions threaten to destroy everything they hold dear. This would be easier if two group members in particular could stand to be near one another.
