A whole lotta kooks, nuts, geeks and the occasional actually sane person inhabit the cesspit of a place that is New Seafoam City. Pretty much anything can happen here, one day a rabbit and a fish can be chasing a gang lead by a sentient dice down the highway at Mach speed, another day a minimum wage lizard and his vertically challenged vampire friend can be delivering packages.
