He sucks up her calf's air with a syringe and inflated her, Then he grinded her 3 calfs in a meat grinder and fed it to her, She was gaining lots of weight. He fed her a jug of milk, which he dressed her up in femboy clothes and forced her to pose for photos, while her socks were being overtaken by her weight.
