In a world where devices called "clocks" can be used to genetically modify living organisms, Orion (a morally bankrupt Clockmaster) and Rosie (his sister majoring in mischief) find an unconscious, weird criminal with an unusual clock installed on his forehead?! Really, what else can you do but kidnap the guy. This is a late coming of age comedy, with peppered in romance... and perhaps a few things on the scary side.
