A 9 year old girl is weighed down by the pressures from her family to excel at everything. She discovers a book of unknown origin and immediately becomes immersed in the story. But one day, she wakes to find that she has been mysteriously transported into the body of Minerva de Artois, an invalid princess from the book. While she could live the easy life, she instead resolves to put her talents to good use. Especially to change the fate of her favorite character, the Duke's bed-ridden son.
