In the wake of the third world war a group of young adults band together in the deserted New York City. A new government has taken control over the U.S. when the country was at its weakest, with dictatorial control. Those who don’t love him, fear him. Those who disobey, disappear. New York, the site of EMP blast during the war, becomes a refuge for those who don’t fit his standards.
