It is normal that in many parts of the world people ask to use the bathrooms of the bars, without having consumed anything. There would be no problem, if people took care of the bathrooms, but many times they do what they fucking want, and shit the walls, piss the floor, steal the toilet paper, etc. Hence the owners have decided to put up a sign: "Bathroom only for clients", and fuck you.
