A girl named Astrid finds herself on a field trip in a cave, but in that cave she finds the missing staff of light. She immediately returns it to the light kingdom and she gets rewarded with the option to become the leader of magical girls. But she eventually finds out the horrible truth about her kingdom and why its being attacked by the dark kingdom.
