After her best friend is admitted to a mental hospital, high-schooler Yui Flores attempts to single-handedly take on the problems of every student at her high school by running a Teen Crisis Hotline. Meanwhile, local bully and all-around cynic Mateo Blanco sees this as an opportunity to once again embarrass Yui, but after failing to follow through, Mateo questions his real feelings about Yui and wonders if he can amend the events of the past.
