A skeleton randomly appeared on Earth, and because he can't remember his past, he decided to live a normal life by calling himself Caesar. Not everyone can see him as a skeleton and most people only see him as a human... he fortunately meet Katsuo (Scar Guy) a dumb guy who thinks he is the protagonist of a Manga, that seems to be the only one, for now, to be able to see Caesar as a skeleton... Random stuff will happen with him and other characters, in this Comedy and Action Comic!
