Peace was interrupted in the year 2020 by a war that lasted for almost twelve months. Japan, like many other countries, was left with parts of cities which were in piles of ruins and junk. In one of those junkyards on one seemingly regular day after school, Asaki, a fourteen year old half-Japanese, half-French girl discovered an unusually large egg hiding in the rubble. What hatched out of it shortly after was bound to change not just her life, but the lives of her loved ones as well.
