An explosion of a chemical known as Eritrocit X, has caused a virus to spread throughout the city, infecting and mutating most of its population. Creator of the chemical, dr. Elroy Harrison, is a wanted man, as is the founder of the experiment, mayoral candidate, Vince Cahill. However, a hero is born in the midst o the disaster and will clear the doctor*s name.
