Tactic follows the journey of a boy named Tictac and his friends as they go through life in an Academy known more commonly as "The Nursery". The Nursery provides children ,who lack a certain level of supernatural ability, to live a successful life without fear of dying pre-maturely in a world growing with supernatural humans.
