19-year-old Sylvia Tran doesn’t know what to do with her life. She’s struggled her way through high school, college seems unattainable, and her relationship with her parents is shaky at best and hostile at worst. Sylvia feels aimless and painfully sub-par. And then one day, she discovers that she has the power to control the wind, and before she even knows what any of it means, her world has been turned on its head.
