Banner's life is pretty dull. And it seems to stay that way through the whole summer. No epic vacations, no sneaking out, no adventures, and certainly no parties. The summer is starting to come to an end. But soon, a new dude moves in next door, and his world is spun around, completely. And it starts with a swimming pool.
