If you played the GBA game, you'll remember Milky: she used to run a theme park just to kidnap small kids to sell and/or turn them into rubber robos. She used to be mean enough in the game to perform this evil plan on my comic, considering also that she already had the perfect medabot combination to beat Hummer's metal butt big time.
