The people of New London believe they have built themselves an utopia where gender, sexuality, and race don't hinder your social standing. This is a lie. Only one thing can earn you your acceptance, and it's money. The truth comes to light when a sudden change comes over a fourth of the population, morphing them into powerful, sometimes scary new beings. When everyone from the poorest to the richest can become Changed, the Changed become the new threat to society's supposedly accepting norms.
