After being rejected from becoming a government officer, Hugo turns to studying economics, wanting to build a better future. To fund his tuition, he secretly takes on illegal work as an anomaly hunter—tracking and neutralizing unexplainable threats hidden from the public eye. His double life begins to unravel when a series of mysterious and deadly incidents erupt across several states. At the center of the chaos is a case known only as Station 0.
