The story follows Bejoy, a magicless boy raised in a desolate land by his beloved grandfather, Omor—once the king of all gods, now cursed to eternal suffering. After a heartbreaking sacrifice frees Omor, Bejoy embarks on a journey across the seven realms to find Starlight: the place known as the beginning and end of all, where life and death meet, and where lost dreams are buried. Will he reach Starlight and see his grandfather again?
