Dr Strider is the head scientist of the Martian military. It is his duty to maintain the peace among the galactic council even as Uranus, a notorious war planet, tries to join the council. Things in this galaxy are not as they seem. Is the barrier around earth really effective? Where did non-organic races such as the Chromians and Synthians come from? Are the Uranians redeemable?
