Altair, a young celestial witch, wishes upon a star to become the greatest witch in the world. Her wish, however, is granted in an odd and unusual way; in the form of a cat familiar. Confused by how her wish was granted at first, Altair accepts her new familiar and together they journey to achieve her dreams.
