A serial about the inhabitants of a land known simply as O, which is located in a universe very different from ours. It centers around a character named Spot, a round creature who wants be a news reporter for a local newspaper named the Daily O and live without any trouble, but whenever other residents of the land come contact with him, Spot's life goes into unexpected directions he is willing to take for the sake of his self, his friends, and possibly their entire universe.
