SpongeBob, nearing the end of his life in the Mindscape, has an idea to arrange a battle to determine a group of characters to help return to the real world. He and Rome send personalized letters to 500 characters that they deem worthy. From this group, 75 characters respond, including one who fervently opposes SpongeBob's vision, Peter Griffin.
