Being born with the ability to see and communicate with spirits, Corvus works as an exorcist and is called on to exorcise malicious spirits. However, most spirits Corvus dealt with aren't actually malicious enough to need an exorcism. On the contrary, it's mostly just spirits with regrets, so to help them move on Corvus finds himself doing errands for them.
