A story about a racer who's going to compete in the SPEEDFREAKS EXTREME INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP (SEIC), and his goal is to be the best racer in the entire world, he still has 7 years to go before that happens. Does he have what it takes to endure the rigorous training or will he fall victim to the people who'll drag him down?
