In the dystopian slums of Sunset City, Ezri's life takes a dark and dramatic turn when she's forcibly taken by the formidable faction known as the Valkyries, one of the key players in the perilous sport known as Speed Switch. Separated from her brother, Ezri is thrusted into the Valkyrie training academy, and pushed to her limits to become a Valkyrie apprentice.
