It's the year 3120. A lot of things have been changed. The one that rules the galaxy now is the Super powerful Electric Cars Speical Organization, the short term being S.P.E.C.S. It's main objectives are to make cars that can go to space, but everyone calls them singular space ships, and to have a powerful society of bounty hunters, mechanics, etc. Noah Elic, an 18-year-old boy, tries to be the best bounty hunter ever!
