An alien crashes down from space in Mars front yard, to his surprise he wasn't trying to take over the planet instead it was an accident that Charlie, the alien came here. Poor Charlie just wants to go home, but his space craft has broken. For now Charlie will just have to learn social cues and learn human behavior while Mars fixes his space craft.
