Nidra is a girl suffering from narcolepsy and just trying to make it through high school. One day, in a dream, she meets Cecil, a mysterious member of the organization SOMNUS, who invites her to join their cause to make the world a better place through the powers of sleep and dreams. She learns how to juggle homework, sleep, and defeating the threatening superpower trying to take over the organization and even the world.
